Short History:

In this reality/dimension, Demons and Humans inhabit the same world (earth). Demons are highly hated and shunned from human society, but there are cities that allow demons to live there in peace. Jewels and his family live in a small city described as such.

He grew up a fairly normal life. He lived his with his mother, father, older sister and baby brother. Everything was normal for a good majority of his early years. Till around his early 20s his family started to run out of money and found that his mom was expecting another child. Like his sister, he went to find odd jobs to do for money.
One day he finds a flyer for any demon wanting a job in the next city over. No formal training was needed and it paid big. He took the offer.
When he arrived, he found it was too late to turn back and was kidnapped to a secret facility. The facility experimented on demons and their powers. He then became a prisoner.
And while they did offer to give him money, he refused because the money would be sent to his family. He didn’t want to risk their safety, so he declined and suffered the consequences of his actions.
This place wasn't very kind to him and he can sometimes have flashbacks in the right situations of the terrible events.
On several accounts he tried to escape. The first few times he made it outside, but he ended up being shot. Found very dangerous and crafty, he was sent deeper into the facility to prevent escape. This didn’t go so well when Jewels befriended one of the bigger, stronger demons held in the deeper cells.

Now free, he plans to get back to his family as quickly as possible.
One problem is that he finds out he’s on a different FLIPPIN’ CONTINENT.
Knowing that the scientists and/or military might try to find him, he’s usually constantly on the move. But for now, he lives in an abandoned warehouse suspecting he’s safe.


~In his past, he was somehow separated from his family. Either by his own choice or by force, one thing is certain is the fact that he wants to get back to them. But the journey back to his family stopped for reasons unknown and he took shelter in an abandoned warehouse. For about a year he’s called this place home.
Demons are usually shunned by humans, so he rarely gets any sympathy from anyone, and usually expects it. Because of his ‘outcast’ lifestyle, he is forced to dumpster dive, pick pocket and steal from people to live. Oddly enough, he’s made a few friends at the open street market by night. They happily give him food that just won’t sell. Sometimes though, the food isn’t really…good for him. Some friendships are lost :C
(I've come up with more of a backstory, but it only explains some of his fears and likes- ill add it after awhile)



Summary of personality:
~Very curious, mischievous, energetic and friendly. Likes to joke around and wrapping his ‘extra arms’ around his neck like scarves. He often tries to make friends with people and socialize. But when that doesn't wrok, he’ll scare or confuse the people who turn down his friendship with his abilities.
Isn’t afraid to steal things.
Slightly gullible. (if he hears something from many different sources, he’ll believe it to be true)

Abilities:
~ Mimic voices and sounds. (from animals [chirps to roars] to humans [male and female voices] to machinery [cameras and guns to chainsaws and helicopters)
~ ‘Throwing his voice’ (or commonly known as Ventriloquism)
~ Run on all fours
~ Scale walls
~ Pick pocket and lock picker
~ Good night vision

Fighting style / weapons:
~ Animalistic
~ Ambush / pouncing
~ hiding and attacking from high places
~ Teeth, claws

Downfall / weakness:
~ Fears guns and will try very best to avoid people that he knows has them.
~ Not a very good liar
~ He can’t speak any other language than English and Demon Tongue (so he can mimic someone’s voice, but not their language)
~ Does NOT like high pitched noises
~ Tugging the appendages with a lot of force cause a lot of pain
~ isn’t very strong and relies on momentum to bring down big enemies

Random facts:
~ very good memory revolving around places, sounds and faces
~ extra appendages can lift things that weigh up to 180-200lbs. Aside from extra hands, he also uses them to swing from place to place when his arms are full. They are completely made of muscles and covered in a material that’s a cross between fur and feathers.
~ feathers on back shimmer in the sun
~ I don’t know if he is really malnourished, but he doesn’t eat as much as he should
~ he’s collected a couple hundred dollars from pick pocketing, but is afraid to spend it with the thought he might need it for an emergency in the future
~ Often walks around with a grin on his face
~ If need be, he'll ambush a person that has a gun and try to disarm them during a fight
~ likes hugs
~ his extra arms end in three fingers

Important Note
Because he is a demon, the taste of blood will send him into a frenzy. He won’t stop until he’s had his fill from the victim or he’s scared off.
The only physical difference in this state are his eyes. The iris disappears and the all of the eyes is an off white, except for a thin black ring in the center. He may also start to drool.
But keep in mind, he usually won't consume the blood voluntarly, but rather if it accidently got swallowed, say like when he's bitten someone.
Usually runs on all fours, talks less and uses more animal sounds.
This state of mind is the only time he'll want to kill his opponent...that or his opponent really wants him dead- so he'll return the favor.
